Welcome to our Rhino Medical Transportation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transportation services. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Services Provided
We provide non-emergency medical transportation for eligible individuals. Services include scheduled rides to and from medical appointments, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other approved locations.
Eligibility & Booking
- Riders must book trips in advance through our app, website, or customer service.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Riders must provide accurate information regarding their pickup and drop-off locations, medical needs, and any required assistance.
Payment & Fees
- We accept various payment methods, including insurance, Medicaid, and private pay.
- Any applicable fees, cancellation charges, or wait-time fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- If a ride is not covered by insurance, the rider is responsible for payment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of service eligibility.
Rider Responsibilities
- Riders must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Riders must follow driver instructions for safety.
- Any misconduct, including abuse toward drivers or staff, may result in service suspension or termination.
Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers will provide safe and professional transportation services.
- Drivers are not responsible for administering medical care but may assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the rider poses a safety risk.
Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for personal items lost during transport.
- Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
Privacy Policy
We value rider privacy. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is stored, shared, and protected.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
